What is the Return/Replacement Window?

You can initiate a replacement within 7 days of receiving your item if it has shipping damage or manufacturing defects.

What Are the Conditions for Returning an Item?

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition(undamaged unless reporting a defect).
  • Unused, with all tags attached.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Don’t forget to keep your proof of purchasehandy!

What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged or Defective?

When you receive your order, make a quick unboxing video and check the contents carefully. If you notice any damage, defects, or mistakes, let us know right away. An unboxing video is mandatory if the product is received in a damaged condition. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and ensure a smooth experience for you.

Are There Any Exceptions to the Return Policy?

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items purchased during clearance or festive sales
  • Orders placed through affiliate channels or coupon websites

How Long Does It Take to Process a Replacement?

Once we verify the supporting media provided, replacement is instantly initiated.

For refund requests, the process requires verifying by the team, as well as a physical inspection. The refund amount is initiated only after receiving the item and the team approving the defect.

  • Refunds for UPI transactions are processed within 48 hours.
  • Other payment methods may take up to 7 days.

Who Covers the Return Charges?

For replacements due to damage, defects, or incorrect items, we’ve got you covered—we’ll handle all return costs.
However, if no defect is found after physical inspection, return shipping charges of ₹180 (may vary by parcel size) must be borne by the customer.

What happens if I miss my delivery or do not accept it?

If you miss your delivery by mistake, we'll re-ship your order at no extra cost.
However, For intentional refused deliveries of prepaid orders, a penalty of Rs180 will be charged for re-shipping the product back to the customer.

 

Ssharps Ecom reserves the right to approve/disapprove returns based on the findings of the case, and all decisions are final.
