What is the Return/Replacement Window?

You can initiate a replacement within 7 days of receiving your item if it has shipping damage or manufacturing defects.

How Long Does It Take to Process a Replacement?

Once we verify the supporting media provided, replacement is instantly initiated.

For refund requests, the process requires verifying by the team, as well as a physical inspection. The refund amount is initiated only after receiving the item and the team approving the defect.

  • Refunds for UPI transactions are processed within 48 hours.
  • Other payment methods may take up to 7 days.

Who Covers the Return Charges?

For replacements due to damage, defects, or incorrect items, we’ve got you covered—we’ll handle all return costs.
However, if no defect is found after physical inspection, return shipping charges of ₹180 (may vary by parcel size) must be borne by the customer.

What happens if I miss my delivery or do not accept it?

If you miss your delivery by mistake, we'll re-ship your order at no extra cost.
However, For intentional refused deliveries of prepaid orders, a penalty of Rs180 will be charged for re-shipping the product back to the customer.
